LovelyLoLashes offers lash extension appointments at My Salon Suite-Franklin Square in Gastonia. Clients can book a full set or a fill-in, and each has its own deposit: half the cost for a full set, and a flat $15 for a fill-in that is credited toward the appointment price. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance can be paid in cash, by Venmo, by Cash App or by Apple Pay, and the three app-based options carry a $2 fee. Credit and debit cards are not accepted.

Fill-ins have a timing window. A fill must be booked within 21 days of the previous appointment; after 22 days the visit is treated as a full set. A fill also requires at least 40 percent of the lashes to still be in place, and prebooking is advised.

Guests are not permitted at appointments, and clients are asked to arrive with no makeup on. Wearing makeup adds a charge for a lash bath, including on fill visits. The studio does not work over lash extensions placed by other artists. Lash fall-out reported within the first 24 hours can be addressed by contacting the business; after that window the studio is not responsible for how the lashes hold, so clients are asked to follow the care instructions they are given.

Lateness and cancellations are handled as follows. A 10-minute grace period applies before an appointment is cancelled for lateness. A no-call/no-show means the client covers the cost of the missed appointment before booking again, and two no-call/no-shows result in a ban from booking. A same-day cancellation requires paying half the remaining balance of the missed appointment before rebooking, while cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead do not count as same-day.
