The organic volcano pedicure uses La Palm products made with organic-based ingredients and includes a sugar scrub, a collagen cream mask and collagen massage lotion. Several pedicure scents are offered, including Havana Secrets, Hot Lava, Fuji Pearl, Spearmint Beach and Paradise. Buffing, polish and paraffin wax treatments are also available for hands and feet.

Waxing is offered for the lip, chin and sideburns, eyebrows, underarms, arms, legs, face, chest and back. Clients with questions about waxing are asked to contact the salon directly. Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed, since they are taken based on availability and appointments come first. Appointments have a 10-minute grace period before they may be cancelled. Repairs can be done up to five days after the original service, with charges left to management's discretion. Changes cannot be made once a service is finished, so clients are encouraged to speak up during the service or before leaving if they are not satisfied. Refunds are not given, and the salon reserves the right to decline service. Prices are subject to change.
