The menus are grouped into artificial nails, facials, specialties, hands and feet, and waxing. Artificial nail work covers acrylic, hard gel, Builder Bio Gel and GelX, silk wraps, pink and white and ombre sets, and SNS dipping in pink and white and over 80 colors. Nail designs and 3D charms are priced per nail, and long nails, tips and special shapes such as stiletto, almond and coffin cost extra.

Facials run from a 20-minute express treatment to a 60-minute Lovely facial, with options that include skin analysis, deep pore cleansing, extraction, steam, masks and aromatherapy. Since January 2017 the salon has been a NuSkin salon, offering NuSkin pedicures and anti-aging facials. A glycolic peel can be added to a facial for $35.

Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early. Appointments are booked around specialist availability and specialty. Late arrivals may have their service time shortened, and the salon will try to accommodate late clients who have let it know. Spa cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and gratuities are not included in service prices.

Gift certificates can be bought online, instantly, to be emailed or printed, in amounts from $10 to $999. Professional beauty products are sold at the salon.
