The menu is organized into Brazilian, bikini, body, face, facial and add-on services. Brazilian visits are timed differently for new clients, clients returning within 4 to 6 weeks, and clients returning after 6 or more weeks or with hair shaved 2 or more weeks earlier. Bikini waxing covers the top of the mound and the outer crease area without labia or anal strip work. Body options range from a small stomach strip to full legs, arms, back, chest and stomach. Face services cover eyebrows, lip, chin and sideburns and cheeks. The Vagacial is a longer facial-style service that includes steam, cleansing, extractions, a toning serum, an ingrown treatment, a jelly mask and moisturizer, with a Deluxe upgrade available.

Waxing is done with premium hard wax and sugaring, and a finishing or calming serum is included in services. The studio aims for appointments to feel unhurried and comfortable rather than rushed, and it works with nervous first-time clients as well as regulars who return every 4 to 6 weeks.

Studio hours are on Sunday and Monday only, with Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Monday from 3:30 PM to 7 PM. A card on file is required to book. Changes or reschedules made with less than 6 hours of notice carry a 50% charge of the service total, and a no-show carries the same charge. Grace periods are 8 minutes for appointments of 40 minutes or more and 5 minutes for shorter ones. The esthetician may end or decline a service if she feels unsafe or if there is disrespectful behavior, which carries a 50% charge and may lead to future bookings being declined.

Waxing is unhurried and comfortable, using premium hard wax and sugaring with a serum included in each visit.
