Every new client can start with a $30 appointment consult to talk through hair history, maintenance and goals, with a strand test if one is needed. If the consult leads to same-day service, the $30 is credited toward the cost.
Relaxer services are split by where they are applied and how long since the last application. A partial relaxer covers the sides and back new growth, a retouch is recommended every 4 to 8 weeks depending on hair length and growth rate, and clients whose last relaxer was more than 8 weeks ago are directed to a virgin relaxer instead.
Color is priced as a base, with the final total depending on the number of processes and products needed. Demi color is used for gray coverage and blending and can be done the same day as a relaxer. Natural press color services carry their own pricing, and a gloss or tone after color is an add-on fee.
For relaxer-free hair, the salon offers a Natural Press, a blow-out with a blow dryer and brush finished with a flat iron, and a Pixie Press, which the salon recommends pairing with a hydration treatment.
Consultations and strand tests come before chemical and color services, so the service matches the hair's history and growth.
