The mobile spa service comes to clients at home, at the office, in a hotel or at a private event in Austin and surrounding areas. Travel within the standard Austin service area is included; appointments outside it may carry a travel fee. Every appointment includes detailed nail and cuticle care, a warm towel treatment, and a hand or foot massage with Beyond Moisture Oil, and the business uses Beyond Moisture Organic Sugar Polish and salon-quality products. Complimentary wine is offered during visits, and vegan-friendly nail care is available. Limited VIP Concierge appointments cover early mornings, evenings, special occasions, weddings, corporate events and select late-night times, with pricing given by phone or text at 512-806-5234.
Party packages suit groups. Spa parties need at least 8 guests receiving services, and extra staff can be added for larger groups. The Something Special Kid Party Package starts at $580 for 1.5 hours with 8 kids, with extra guests at $28 each, and includes a lemonade toast, manicures with a bubbly soak (no pedicure), nail art, karaoke and temporary tattoos. The Bachelorette Hottie Spa Party starts at $860 for 4 hours with 6 adults, with extra guests at $45 each, and covers express mani-pedis, back and foot massage, facials, karaoke and mimosas. Hourly mobile bookings have a 2-hour minimum, and the business suggests booking early to secure a date. Indoor event pricing is $12 for a classic manicure, $25 for a gel manicure and $18 for a press-on service, and attendees can be sized for press-ons before buying.
Booking terms are set out clearly. A non-refundable retainer holds each appointment and goes toward the total, and changes made at least 24 hours ahead avoid charges. Late cancellations, no-shows and arrivals more than 15 minutes late carry fees. Party bookings take a 50% deposit at contract signing, with the balance due at least 7 days before the event. Payment is accepted by credit or debit card, Zelle or cash, and an 8.25% Texas tax rate applies. Press-on sales are final, while services come with a correction for dissatisfied clients who report within 24 hours or during the visit, and chipped or lost nails are repaired free within 5 days. Custom, affordable press-on nails and mobile service, with safety and cleanliness described as priorities. Disposable gloves and single-use files and buffers are used for every service, and metal tools are sterilized with hospital-grade disinfectant and autoclaves, with surfaces cleaned between clients.
