Blonding ranges from hairline-focused Mini / Faceframe Highlights to Partial and Full Highlights, all-over Bleach + Tone, and Fashion Color for vivid, creative or pastel looks. Color work includes All Over Color, Gloss to refresh faded tone, retouches for existing clients, and Color Correction for major changes, uneven color, banding or at-home color removal. Color Correction starts with a consultation, and final timing and cost are set then.

Cutting and styling options include Shampoo & Style, a Signature Haircut & Style, a Curly Haircut with haircare recommendations, and a Shampoo & Silk Press for natural hair. Loc care covers retwists and styling, starting with a Starter Loc Consultation for first-time clients. Extension services also begin with a consultation, and its fee is credited toward installation when booked within 30 days. Add-ons such as Hair Tinsel, a Deep Conditioning Treatment, a Bond Building Treatment and a Haircut Add-On can be added to eligible appointments.

New clients complete an intake form that must arrive 48 hours before the appointment, or the booking is cancelled. Clients are asked to arrive on time, text on arrival and attend alone unless approved to bring a guest. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice, and shorter notice is honored with 15% off the next identical service. Cash and card are accepted, with a 3% fee on card payments. Concerns about a service may be raised within 48 hours for adjustments, but refunds are not issued.
