Love Your Skin is located on Fremont Boulevard in Fremont and is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. The business describes its aesthetics as ethical and results-driven and says its services are backed by research and education.

New clients can book a first-time appointment that combines a 50-minute treatment with a 20-minute consultation and skin analysis. The treatment is adapted to the client and may include a deep steam cleanse, exfoliation, extractions, high frequency, a masque, and or meditative lymphatic drainage massage. The visit ends with starting a skincare regimen.

The business runs an Acne Bootcamp. An in-person 30-minute consultation assesses lifestyle habits, current products and skin sensitivity, and ends with a hydrating treatment; it is required to join. Clients who live outside the area can take a virtual consultation of one hour and fifteen minutes, which includes a FaceTime call, a $200 product credit and communication over a 12-week program. Products for the virtual program are charged separately.

Facial options range from a 25-minute Express Hydrafacial using Vortex Fusion technology, to a 40-minute Luxe Hydrafacial with boosters and LightStim LED light therapy, to a 50-minute Deluxe Hydrafacial that combines lymphatic drainage, deep cleansing, exfoliation, LED light and hydrating boosters. HydraScalp is a 45-minute scalp treatment using the Hydrafacial Keravive method with LED and high frequency, usually booked monthly for three months.

Consultations are prepaid and non-refundable. Cancelling a virtual acne consultation forfeits the prepayment, though moving it before the 48-hour cancellation window may allow the prepayment to be honored. Appointment reminders are sent 72 hours ahead.
