Extensions come in three styles. Classic uses a 1:1 technique, placing one extension on one natural lash. Hybrid combines classic and volume placement for a fuller lash line. Volume fans two to eight fine extensions onto each natural lash. Each style has a full set and refills priced by the number of weeks since the last visit. Extensions typically last six to eight weeks, and most clients come in about every two weeks for fills.

Full sets require a deposit at booking, which is non-refundable and applied to the final balance. The rest is paid at the visit in cash, Apple Pay or Zelle. Bookings are made through the salon's Spaces by Wix page. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations carry a $25 fee or the loss of the deposit, whichever is greater. Appointments have a 10-minute grace period after which they may be cancelled or rescheduled, possibly with a shorter service. A fill requires at least 40% of the extensions to remain, and fills are only done on sets originally applied at the salon. Work from another lash technician may need to be removed and replaced with a new full set.

Before a visit, clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no makeup, and to remove contact lenses. Extra guests, children and pets are not allowed unless arranged in advance. The building's doors lock after 5 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends. Clients arriving during those hours are asked to stay in their car, text or call on arrival, and walk to the door only when told to. A cleansing fee of $15 may apply for heavy buildup or dirty lashes. For any allergic reaction, clients should contact the salon right away. Refunds are not given for reactions, though a complimentary removal may be offered within 48 hours of service.

The salon recommends a lash-safe cleanser and a clean spoolie for brushing at home, and advises avoiding oil-based products, mascara and eyelash curlers around extensions.
