The menu is built around two methods. Body sugaring is presented as a temporary form of hair removal, with underarm, Brazilian, combination and Brazilian Glow options. Electrology is described as permanent hair removal: each follicle is treated individually with a fine probe and a small electrical current. Sessions range from about 15 minutes to more than an hour depending on the area, and the number of sessions varies by client. A consultation is required before a first electrolysis session, and new clients can book a shorter electrology consultation first.
Brazilian Glow is designed for clients who get recurring ingrown hairs. It combines an AHA cleanser, sugaring, an AHA ingrown mask, extractions, toner, high-frequency treatment and moisturizer. Brow threading is also offered, and the business says clients can choose between sugaring and threading for their brows.
The founder says she set up the studio to offer a less rushed appointment where clients feel understood, aimed at people who want more than a temporary solution. Each treatment is private and one-on-one, with a plan customized to the client. The studio is open Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
Memberships are paid by automatic monthly withdrawal and can be cancelled at any time, with notice due by the 25th to take effect the following month. No prorated refunds are given. Orders of $75 or more can be paid over time, and earned points can be used toward services. Clients who arrive 12 or more minutes late are charged a $15 late fee, and no-shows incur a full cancellation fee and lose booking privileges.
Sessions are private and one-on-one, with a customized plan for each client and an emphasis on education and attention to each client's concerns.
