The studio was founded by Nakita, who worked in patient care for more than ten years as a Certified Surgical Technologist before moving into the beauty industry. Her beauty career started with eyelash extensions, which led to the Love Lashes business.

A visit usually begins with a consultation. In person, the session includes a skin analysis of texture, tone and specific concerns, and clients can test products during it. Virtual consultations are free, last 20 minutes and are one-on-one, using a digital skin analysis based on clear photos the client shares.

Facials make up the bulk of the treatment menu. The Dermaplane & Enzyme Facial ($125, 45 minutes) pairs exfoliation with an enzyme treatment, and a complimentary travel-size set of cleanser, toner and exfoliant comes with it. The HydroGlow Facial ($165, 75 minutes) is built on hydrofacial exfoliation and can also include dermaplaning, decided after a skin analysis. Its other steps are an enzyme peel, extractions, serums chosen for the skin, LED light therapy, a hydrating infusion, and a finish with moisturizer and SPF. The Love at First Sight Facial ($210, 60 minutes) is designed for first-time clients and brings together a cleanser, toner, exfoliant and a HydroGlow Facial. Also offered, with no prices listed: Back Love Facial, Chemical Peel, Face & Back Love Duo and Teenage Love Facial.

Procell Microchanneling is offered for hair loss. The business describes it as stimulating follicles through micro-injuries in the scalp, with a Procell serum containing peptides, growth factors and cytokines introduced into the microchannels. Hair Procell treatments are typically 4 to 6 sessions about 4 weeks apart, and it can be combined with PRP. Sessions are described as lasting about 20 to 60 minutes, with 60 to 90 minutes of downtime.
