Visits begin with a consultation, and the studio plans treatment series that pair a home routine with in-studio treatments spaced across several visits. Intuitive Facials are tailored to each appointment and come in three lengths. Sculpting Facials, led by the Slow Sculpt Facial, use lymphatic drainage, myofascial release and buccal massage, and the studio's Enhancements can be added to either facial.
The studio carries Le Mieux Marini Skin Solutions, Osmosis and KRX Aesthetics, and uses Jan Marini Skin Research products in treatments and for home care. Jan Marini is described by the studio as a respected skincare figure whose brand holds ingredient patents and industry awards. The studio states that all of its treatments are cruelty-free.
Monthly memberships include The Reset Membership, The Fancy Skin Club and The Bestie Membership, the last of which lets friends share an Alchemy Facial. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, or a fee of 50% of the appointment price applies; missed appointments are charged the full service price; and clients have a 15-minute grace period after their start time. Time-intensive appointments may require a non-refundable deposit at booking.
