The studio says it puts the quality of each service ahead of how many clients it sees. It also treats client education as part of the job, explaining how to care for and maintain lash and brow work between visits.
Appointments take place in a private, relaxed setting, and refreshments, beverages and snacks are offered. Clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. Arriving fifteen minutes or more late may shorten the visit, and the full price is still charged.
Lash extensions range from bottom lashes and classic full sets to hybrid, light natural volume, volume and dramatic mega full sets, with refill appointments on one-, two- and three-week schedules. Lash lifts and eyelash tints are offered alone or combined, and the studio says a lift can last up to eight weeks while a tint lasts about seven to twelve days. On the brow side, the studio offers waxing, tinting, and lamination with tint. The portfolio also shows microblading, semi-permanent eyebrow tattoo, cover-up and shaded microblading work, though those services are not in the current service list. Lash extension classes are available.
Deposits secure bookings and are nonrefundable, and new clients are asked to leave a credit card deposit. Rescheduling or cancelling at least 72 hours ahead earns a refund, while changes within 24 hours or no-shows carry a 50% fee, and changes within 3 hours carry the full fee. Cards are accepted, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person after approval.
The studio focuses on the quality of its work rather than the number of clients it takes, and it educates clients on the care and maintenance of their services.
