Medical direction comes from Dr. Lisa Lopes, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who provides clinical oversight under Massachusetts regulations. Services are by appointment only and can be booked online. Hours are Monday to Friday, 10 am to 8 pm. In Brookline, clients text on arrival and wait in the hallway until the room is ready. Appointments are confirmed by text the day before and must be confirmed at least 12 hours ahead. Canceling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice, or arriving 15 or more minutes late, counts as a missed appointment, and a $100 booking fee is nonrefundable for a missed visit. After a second missed appointment, future bookings require full prepayment. Monday and Tuesday appointments must be rescheduled by Friday at 8 pm.

Consultations, virtual or in person, are listed at $100 each. A virtual consultation fee is credited toward in-person treatment within 30 days, and an in-person consultation fee is waived if treatment goes ahead at that visit.

Neurotoxin treatments use Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, Xeomin, or Daxxify, listed at $14 per unit with a 20-unit minimum. Baby Botox uses smaller doses to soften early signs of aging. The practice also notes neurotoxins are used for migraines, excessive sweating, and muscle tension. Filler work centers on Restylane, with Juvederm, Evolysse, Belotero, Versa, and RHA also carried. Filler dissolving uses hyaluronidase on overfilled or migrated hyaluronic acid filler, and a 14-day wait is required before refilling the area. Chemical peels use AHAs, BHAs, and TCA, tailored to each client's skin type and concerns.
