Lotus Wellness Studio was established in 2011 in Edmonds, Washington, and later moved to Lynnwood. The studio is owned by Maki (Dan Zhou), who holds licenses as an esthetician and a massage practitioner and is a Reiki Master.

Facial menus range from 60-minute and 90-minute treatments. Options include back facials, teen and senior facials, dermaplaning and nanoinfusion facials with anti-aging work, and acne-focused facials with extraction. Several 90-minute facials add LED, galvanic current, microcurrent or high frequency, and some include massage. Microdermabrasion with a calming masque and LED is offered in a 90-minute session. Aromatherapy and eyebrow shaping are included as free add-ons to facials.

Massage menus include Swedish and relaxation, therapeutic, shiatsu, deep tissue, pregnancy, sports, myofascial release, acupressure and craniosacral work. A 60-minute massage is $150, a 90-minute massage is $200 and a 120-minute massage is $250. Reiki sessions run 75 or 105 minutes, with a promotional rate for shorter sessions.

The Woman Wellness session is a two-hour appointment that combines a consultation, breathing exercises, massage, singing bowl, reiki, meditation and a review at the end.

Appointments are required and booked in advance. Clients are asked to arrive on time or call if they will be late. Cancellations need 72 hours' notice, and late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full price of the booked service, payable before the next visit. The studio does not accept insurance, and massage services are not covered by insurance. Gift certificates are valid for one year from purchase, and gift cards can be arranged by phone at 425-223-8048.
