Waxing is the core of the menu, ranging from lip and brow work up to underarms, legs, arms and a full body wax that takes about an hour and fifteen minutes. Brazilian waxes come in several versions: a standard front-and-back wax, an extended version, one with ingrown hair removal afterward, one with a yoni steam, one with a hydrojelly mask, and a men's version called the Manzilian. First-time clients have their own booking option, and the studio offers weekday waxing specials and a bring-a-friend day on Fridays.

Facials range from a teen facial and a facial designed for men to treatments aimed at acne and signs of aging. Other options include diamond microdermabrasion, a custom chemical peel, microchanneling, and a lymphatic drainage facial. A hydrojelly mask can be added to any service for an extra 15 minutes at $20. Vajacials and yoni steams are also offered, including a peel for lightening the bikini area.

Memberships and packages lower the cost of regular visits. The six-month Luxe plan is billed at $125 each month with a $10 membership fee, and includes a monthly Brazilian wax with ingrown removal at 30% off, 20% off a vajacial, $10 off a facial, half off one product, half off a yoni steam, and half off a lash lift or brow tint.

Lotus Wax also runs a training academy for waxing and vajacial techniques. Hands-on training in person costs $1,200 and includes private one-on-one sessions, virtual training costs $750 with live or recorded access, and a VIP certification experience starts at $1,800 with one-on-one mentorship and a full training kit. Topics include advanced waxing, vajacial protocol, sanitation, ingredients, client communication, social media and business pricing. Classes are kept small, students receive a certificate of completion, and the training does not grant a license to work or open a business. Deposits are non-refundable after purchase because of supplies, and payment plans are available.

The shop sells a scented soy candle, ingrown hair oil, a scrub, kojic bar soap, a party pack and apparel including biker shorts, sports bras and a maxi dress. Gift cards come in $50, $100, $150 and $200 amounts or another amount, and they never expire.
