Visits can be booked by phone at 435-248-2310, by email, or through the online booking portal, where each technician's prices are listed. Appointments are encouraged, though same-day times are often open. Groups of up to eight can usually be accommodated when booked ahead, depending on availability. Hours are Monday through Thursday 10:00 to 7:30, Friday 10:00 to 7:00, and Saturday 9:00 to 6:00. Children under 10 are not admitted to the salon, including the waiting area, a choice the salon makes to keep the space calm; children over 10 are served.

Booking holds require a credit or debit card, but nothing is charged when the appointment is made. Payment is taken after service by card, cash or gift card, and checks are not accepted. Changes need at least six hours' notice, otherwise half of the reserved services is billed. A no-show or arrival more than ten minutes late is billed for the full reservation, and reserved services a client declines are billed in full when they cost more than $25. In group bookings, the responsible party is billed in full if a member does not attend. Concerns about a result should be raised by phone or email within three days of service; later concerns may be considered at the technician's discretion, and fees may apply.

Nail art ideas and photos must be emailed to the salon and approved at least 24 hours in advance. Nail art is priced by level and by technician, and not every requested design may be achievable. Nails started at another salon may sometimes be filled, depending on their quality, though the salon cannot promise how long they will last. For a quality guarantee on work done elsewhere, the salon recommends removal and a full set by one of its technicians. The salon also invites comments on visits.
