The menu covers manicures in regular polish, shellac or gel, SNS dip powder in several finishes, Gel X and acrylic full sets and fills, with ombre and nail art options. Pedicures range from a classic service up to the Lotus Spa pedicure, which adds organic-ingredient exfoliation, hydration skincare, paraffin wax and a hot stone treatment. Mani-pedi combinations, shellac pedicures and children's manicures and pedicures are also offered.

A classic manicure includes a sea salt soak, nail trim, shaping, cuticle care, a lotion massage and hot towel wraps. Implements are sterilized and disinfected after each use, buffers and files are single-use, and all pedicures are done with liner protection. Ohio law bars salon professionals from diagnosing or treating nail and skin conditions, so clients who are not eligible for a service are referred to a physician. Phones are to be silenced in treatment areas.

Hours are Monday and Wednesday through Saturday from 10:30 am to 6:00 pm, Sunday from noon to 5:00 pm, and closed Tuesdays. Appointments can be booked online, and gift cards are available. Loyalty rewards give $4, $6 or $10 off at 400, 600 or 1,000 points and 10% off on birthdays. Cash payments receive 5% off. Sales tax and a 2% credit card fee are added on top of service prices. Tips can be given in cash or through Venmo. Service sales are final and not refundable; clients with concerns about results are asked to contact the manager. Gift cards are nonrefundable, nonexchangeable and not replaced if lost or stolen.
