The Charcoal Detox pedicure adds a charcoal powder salt soak and a lemongrass mud mask, and the Collagen Pearl Spa pedicure includes a pearl powder salt soak, paraffin, and a collagen serum lotion. Gel polish can be added to most pedicures for an additional fee.

Nail enhancements include full sets in several systems, from P&W liquid gel and builder gel to powder gel with gel color, color dipping powder, color powder, and ombre P&W, with fill-ins offered in matching options. Eyelash extensions come in classic, hybrid, and Russian volume styles, as 2-week fills or full sets. Waxing is available from lip and brow to full leg and Brazilian. Children 5 and under can book Little Diva services for polish, manicures, pedicures, and gel polish manicures.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Appointments can be booked online through the website. Adult guests are offered sparkling water, soda, hot tea, and hot coffee, and children are offered apple or grape juice along with candy and crackers.

Prices may vary by length, design, and time, so clients should confirm the price with their nail technician before service begins. Cancellations require advance notice, and arriving 10 minutes or more after an appointment time means the visit is treated as a walk-in. Health issues, including diabetes, should be mentioned before service. Services are not refunded, though the salon will try to address any problem. Parents are asked to supervise children during visits.
