Because the building is entered through a locked door, clients are asked to text when they arrive so the studio can let them in.

Lash services cover a wide range, from Classic and Hybrid sets to Volume, Wet and Wispy styles, up to the Mega-Volume set, which the salon describes as its fullest and most dramatic option. The Lotus Lashes Signature Full Set is customized to eye shape, facial features and personal style. Fills are needed every two to three weeks, and a refill requires that at least 40% of the extensions remain; otherwise full set pricing applies. Natural Glam offers a soft, subtle finish, and Clusters are a temporary lash enhancement. Lash Removal uses a professional-grade remover that dissolves the adhesive.

Brow services include a non-wax shaping option using a razor, waxing, tinting, and Brow Lamination, which lifts and smooths the brow hairs and includes a Brow Wax and Tint if needed. The Lash and Brow Combo pairs most lash sets with a Brow Wax and Tint in a single appointment. Waxing is also available for the chin, lip, underarms and full face.

Policies to know before booking: a deposit is taken for most services and is non-refundable; cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours' notice carry a 50% fee; same-day cancellations and no-call, no-show visits are charged the full service price; and a 10-minute grace period applies before a $25 late fee. Lash clients must arrive with clean lashes, as makeup on the lashes adds a $15 charge. Guests are welcome only if they are also booked for a service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Lash sets are offered in a range of styles from classic single-lash application to fuller volume looks, and several are fitted to the client's eye shape and facial features.
