Each extension style gives a different result. Classic sets attach one extension to each natural lash for length and curl, for a mascara-like finish. Volume sets use fans ranging from 2D to 10D. Hybrid sets combine classic and volume fans in equal parts, mega volume sets are dense, and wet set sets, also called Angel Eyes, are thicker and fluffier. Manga sets suit an anime-style look, and extendo sets use extra-long extensions of 18mm or more. Bottom lashes are offered as a separate service.

Full sets take about two hours and fills about an hour and a half. Mini fills, intended for a week or so of wear, take between 45 minutes and an hour. Fills are only available when at least half of the lashes remain and the appointment is booked within two weeks of the last visit; otherwise a full set is needed. Lashes applied elsewhere can be filled here for an extra $20. First-time clients booking a full set can have a free patch test, booked at least 48 hours before the appointment. After-hours appointments are possible by texting the lash artist.

The business also offers The Ultimate Lash Training, a two-day course aimed at people learning lash extensions. The first day runs eight hours. It covers classic, hybrid and volume techniques, prep, application, isolation, retention, fills, removals, mapping, aftercare, safety and sanitation, and marketing. Students receive a lash manual, a lash kit and mannequin, a live model session, lifetime mentorship, a consent form and a certificate of completion. A $300 nonrefundable retainer is required, with the remaining balance due on the first day.

Services are scheduled by set type, and fill timing depends on how many natural lashes are still retained.
