Booking categories cover natural hair, ponytail and updo work, styling and installs. Clients are asked to book only the services they want done. Clients must upload a photo ID when booking, and appointments without one are canceled. Final payment is accepted in cash or by Zelle.
The salon's cancellation and timing rules are firm. Clients running late should contact the salon, since arriving 35 minutes late without contact results in cancellation. Missed appointments without cancelling may lead to a ban from future booking. An appointment can be rescheduled up to two times under the same retainer, after which it is canceled. Retainers are non-refundable. Children are not allowed.
The salon says it allows extra time with each service so clients leave satisfied, and it may run past the scheduled time to maintain quality.
