Lotus Beauty Styles is a hair salon on Gallatin Pike North in Madison, Tennessee. Clients enter through the side door and park in the side lot. The salon is open Monday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday from 12:30 to 5:30 PM, Thursday from 1 to 6 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays.

The menu is broad and centered on hair. It includes relaxers and virgin relaxers, silk presses with custom cuts, sew-ins and full quick weaves with no hair out, and color ranging from virgin color and multi virgin color to decoloring with toner. Detangling is offered at light, medium, heavy and severe levels. Quick weaves include a hair protectant at no extra charge. Ponytails are available on both natural and relaxed hair, and the salon also offers scalp cleanses, deep conditioning, protein treatments and wig services. K-tips, which are semi-permanent keratin bond extensions meant to add volume and length to thin or fine hair, require a consultation first. The salon describes its Smooth Over Treatment, an Amika smoothing treatment offered only in the salon, as long-lasting and frizz-reducing for all hair types.

Priority appointments on Sundays and Mondays cover silk presses and quick weaves, with limited hours. Priority sew-ins are only available from 11:45 AM to 4 PM. New clients start with a professional consultation, priced from $60 with a $10 deposit. Brides can book a bridal consultation to talk through a wedding date and whether the salon suits their plans. Booking runs through the salon's GlossGenius page, where package credits apply automatically at checkout. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. A $11 process fee and a $51 squeeze-in fee may apply.

Deposits are non-refundable and hold the appointment time. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours notice. Arriving 30 minutes late usually means rescheduling, and a late cancellation fee may apply. A missed appointment without notice is charged the full service to the card on file. Children under 12 are not serviced, and kids press services are for ages 11 and up. Guests 18 and under need a parent present at the consultation, and that parent must agree to the price and plan. Children may only be in the salon while receiving a service. Phones should be silenced, and speakerphone or video calls without headphones are not allowed.
