Lash work is the core of the menu. Extensions come in classic, mixed, volume, VolumeX and Mega Volume styles, with 2 and 3 week fills and full sets. Classic and mixed full sets take about 90 minutes, volume and VolumeX full sets take 2 hours, and Mega Volume full sets take 2.5 hours. Lash lifts curl natural lashes for a fuller-looking appearance, and lash tints, color add-ins and removal are also offered. Brow lamination, brow tinting and combined lamination and tint packages are available, with lower prices when booked alongside a lash service.

Skin and body services include a personalized facial, dermaplaning, which exfoliates the skin and removes fine hair, and microneedling, described as a minimally invasive treatment that stimulates the skin to support collagen and elastin production. Massage is offered in 30 and 60 minute sessions, and waxing covers the face, underarms, bikini and legs.

Training is available for those working in the field. The eyelash extension course costs $850 and includes one-on-one instruction, a kit and a certificate. It runs as two 3 hour classes spaced a week or two apart, or as one 6 hour class for students travelling from a distance. The certificate is awarded to licensed cosmetologists and estheticians on completion, and students who are not yet licensed receive one once the course is finished. A 4 hour skincare class costs $400 and is open to licensed cosmetologists and estheticians.

New clients pay a non-refundable deposit of $30 to $75, depending on the service, which is applied to the appointment. Rescheduling more than 24 hours ahead moves the deposit to the next visit, while a second reschedule forfeits it and requires a new deposit. Rescheduling 24 hours or less ahead forfeits the deposit. Late arrivals do not extend the appointment end time, and standing appointments are forfeited after more than 3 reschedules within six months.

Lash artistry and advanced skincare are the focus, with training offered to licensed professionals alongside client services.
