The salon works without water, soaking or nippers. Cuticles are lifted and reduced with an electric file fitted with calibrated bits, which the salon presents as gentler on nails than soaking and nipping. Tooling is sterilized, files are single-use, and the salon says it sterilizes equipment between every client and describes its hygiene as medical-grade.

Manicure services include a Russian manicure in dry polish or no polish, a version with rubber base or builder gel and gel color on natural length, and French, chrome or cat-eye finishes. Pedicures are Smart Dry Pedicures, with or without gel color, and include gentle care of ingrown toenails. Nail extensions take about three hours, with technique and materials chosen for each client's nails, and are not done at the same time as a pedicure.

The salon says it has served more than 1,800 clients and has operated for over three years, and it lists a 4.9 star rating. It describes its studio as calm and private, and says its specialists are licensed and certified in the European technique. Express Beauty Sessions bring several specialists together to complete services that usually take up to six hours in about two hours. Clients are asked to stay still and keep their phones away during one.

Appointments can be booked through Square, by phone, or through Instagram. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours ahead carry no fee; later cancellations incur a fee of 50% of the service price. Arriving within 15 minutes of an appointment is covered by a grace period, after which a $10 late-arrival fee applies, plus $10 for each further 10 minutes. Gift cards are available year-round, arranged by phone or Instagram.
