About

Bohemia knotless braids come in bob, midback and waist lengths, plus a Bora Bora style. The Bora Bora takes about five hours and can be finished at butt or knee length for an added fee. Other options include Senegalese twists, cornrows and tribal braids, crochet braids (for a loop style the client supplies the crochet hair), soft locs, passion twists, miracle knots, and box and micro box braids. Micro braids start at $300 for hair up to 4 inches and $450 for longer hair, with the client supplying the hair. Micro box braids include the braiding hair in their price, though some micro braid services must be paid in full in cash or carry an 8.25% fee on other payment methods.

Hours are Monday through Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM, Friday and Saturday 7 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM. Deposits are refunded only if the salon cancels the appointment. Arriving 15 minutes late adds a $20 fee, and arriving 30 minutes late counts as a cancellation. An 8.25% tax applies to debit, credit, Zelle and Cash App payments, while cash carries no tax.

Before many appointments, the salon asks clients to arrive with freshly washed, blow-dried hair that has no oil in it. Anyone whose hair is tangled or matted should get in touch with the salon before booking. A touch-up covers the front pair of rows, the pair along each side of the parting, and the pair at the back, and costs half of what the original style did. A takedown runs roughly 1.5 hours, and a wash and blow dry roughly one hour.

The salon says it braids without pulling the hair tightly and takes care of clients' edges.
