The team tailors each extension method to the client's hair health and day-to-day life. Rather than repeating one look across clients, the studio aims for a result that is unique to each person.

A visit begins with a complimentary consultation, in person or by video call, where the team quotes a price based on the client's hair and goals. Prices are estimates until that consultation takes place, and the studio says it puts pricing transparency first. Submitting the consultation request form does not guarantee an appointment, and the salon may decline service based on what the consultation shows.

K-Tip extensions are bonded to the hair with a heat tool and last 12 to 16 weeks. Sewn-in and hand-tied wefts last six to nine months with proper care, and thinner wefts are used so they sit closer to the scalp.

Each extension method is tailored to the client's hair health and lifestyle, and the studio aims for a unique result for every client rather than a standard look.
