The signature service is a dry haircut fitted to each client's curl pattern and face shape, called the LDH Signature Curly Haircut. Before cutting, the stylist talks through the client's routine, concerns, drying habits and daily life. A new guest visit runs about 2.25 hours and costs $235, including a shampoo and treatment, the cut, and a lesson in styling and diffusing.

Returning guests have shorter options. The Signature Curly Cut & Style is $180 and takes about 1.5 hours, for guests who had a signature cut within the last year. The Express Curly Haircut is $110 and takes 45 minutes to an hour; it is a trim on dry hair for guests who have had at least two signature cuts. A Straight Haircut is $100 for guests who wear their hair mostly straight and had a cut in the last six months. Curly Style only, with no haircut, is $45, and Gray & Go is $145 for 60 minutes, covering gray regrowth, refreshing ends, and including a wash, condition, detangle and topknot with no cut or style.

Color includes dimensional highlights and lowlights priced from $210 to $250, taking 1 to 2 hours and usually applied every 6 to 12 weeks. A glaze balances color and an Olaplex treatment protects the bonds. Gray coverage is $145 for about an hour, with a glaze to refresh lengths and ends, usually applied every 4 to 6 weeks.

Between visits, the salon offers online resources and email follow-up, and returning signature cut clients receive tutorial videos at no added charge. Payment is accepted by Venmo, PayPal and Cash App, and e-gift cards are available on request. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice; later changes are charged 50% of the booked services.
