Lorenzo.Hair operates as a private studio on the south end of the Broadway Market building, with entry from Broadway or from the second floor of the parking garage. The owner, Lorenzo Sumera, also founded Lorenzo Studio, a private suite in Seattle.

Appointments are unrushed and built around each client, so the studio works one-on-one in a private space with natural light. First-time visitors are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. A complimentary 15-minute consultation is available to talk through hair goals, preferences and the result a client wants. Free parking is available in the building garage for up to two hours.

Color is the core of the menu, from all over color and root retouching to a demi-permanent gloss that is ammonia free and PPD free. Bleach and tone services, along with color correction, are booked after a consultation, and bleach work for new clients also requires one first. Highlights come in crown, partial, full and a mini crown version that covers only the part line and face. The studio also offers a Framesi smoothing treatment for sleek hair that lasts 12 weeks or longer, and a Morphosis add-on for frizzy hair.

Color work blends artistry with science, drawing on European color education and current technique. The studio treats each appointment as an individual plan rather than a standard service.
