The menu runs from facials and enhancements to peels and corrective treatments. Corrective options include Jet Plusfosma cold plasma for the face, body and hair, Root Cold Plasma aimed at hair regrowth, Thermoclear radio frequency for spots and skin imperfections, and microneedling, with a version combined with PRX Derm Perfexion. Peels include mandelic, glycolic, LELEXO, ZO, PRX and VI options, and the VI Peel is also offered for the body.

Clients also learn to look after their skin between visits. Lorenda teaches a four-step home routine of cleansing, exfoliating, hydrating and protecting, and in some cases suggests seeing a doctor for allergy or hormone testing. The studio sells professional-grade products for home use, including Sothys, Ourself, ZO Skin Health and A Cute Derm sunscreen.

Products can be reserved for a client's next appointment or for pickup Tuesday through Friday, and payment is taken at pickup. Gift certificates in set amounts or a chosen amount can be bought online, by phone or text, or in store, and they can be used for any service or retail product.
