For extensions, the studio places seamless wefts, K-Tips and tape-ins. Its menu covers reinstalls of single and multiple rows, closure work, and partial and full mesh installs in lengths from 16 to 24 inches. A free 30-minute extension consultation covers the service, pricing, and the color and length you want. Hair orders take three to five days to arrive, and installs require a 50% non-refundable retainer to book.
On the color side, the studio works in lived-in color, balayage, and full and partial foil highlights, along with root melt, root shadow and retouches. A free 30-minute color consultation covers inspiration photos and pricing. Brazilian Blowouts last about two to three months, depending on hair type and aftercare.
Nail services run from soak-offs and polish changes through gel and structured manicures to acrylic full sets and Gel X sets in several lengths. Soak-off is only offered on sets and manicures the studio provided; sets from other nail techs must be removed before the appointment.
Bookings are made through the studio's online GlossGenius page. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Cancelling or no-showing within 24 hours incurs a 50% fee, while rescheduling at least 11 hours ahead waives it. Cancelling within 10 hours carries the fee even if the appointment is rescheduled. Arriving more than 15 minutes late means the appointment must be rebooked, and clients who are more than 15 minutes late more than twice, or who no-call no-show twice in a row, are banned from booking further appointments. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
Every visit begins with a personalized consultation and ends with after-care coaching to help clients keep their hair and results looking their best between appointments.
