Both co-founders are licensed estheticians who also work as lash artists. The studio says its treatments pair aesthetic artistry with clinical precision, and services are led by licensed estheticians who keep up with ongoing education.

Lash extensions come in three styles: Classic, with one extension per natural lash; Volume, with two to five per natural lash; and Mega Volume, with six or more. A full set takes about one to three hours depending on the number of natural lashes, and every application starts with a consultation and styling plan. Lash fills are scheduled 14 to 21 days after the last appointment for existing sets, and touch-ups are typically needed every three to four weeks.

Lash lifts curl and lift natural lashes without extensions and use a Korean Premium Keratin formulation. Color Boost adds color to light-colored lashes, and Last Lift Plus combines a lift with a color boost. The skincare menu includes the Chok Chok facial, a customized treatment with lymphatic drainage and circulation stimulation, along with three peels: Jewelry Peel, made with micro-refined blue diamond powder and botanical extracts; Princess Peel, a liquid gold micro-needle treatment; and Time Machine Peel, which uses marine-derived materials for skin regeneration. Facials blend skincare techniques, therapeutic massage and Korean skincare products, and can be focused on aging, dullness, sensitivity or congestion.

Visits are by appointment only, and a valid credit card must be on file to book. A waiver is required before the first service. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice; no-shows and arrivals 15 minutes late are charged the full service fee, and late arrivals do not get extra time. Children and guests are not allowed at appointments, though service animals are welcome. Services and products are not refundable, and product returns are accepted only for defective items and packaging within 14 days. Lash extension removals due to an allergic reaction within 48 hours of application are not charged.

According to the studio, its treatments pair an artistic sense of design with exacting clinical method. Licensed estheticians deliver the work, and the studio says they keep up their training through continuing education.
