Gray Refresh is an all-over color service that includes a haircut and styling.

Brazilian Blowout is a smoothing treatment that reduces frizz and shortens blow-dry time. It can be applied to the full head or to specific areas such as bangs, the crown or the nape, and results are said to last up to 12 weeks with proper care. Pricing adjusts for hair length, density and styling needs, and long or thick hair may need extra product and time.

Hair extensions are priced from $600 and vary with hair length, the number of extensions and any custom color. A consultation of about 30 minutes is required before a first installation. Extension hair is chosen and purchased at that visit, and installation is typically scheduled within a week after delivery, with initial installations including a haircut and style on natural hair. A $100 deposit secures an installation and is applied to the balance due on the day, and a nonrefundable retainer also applies, which cancellations within 48 hours forfeit. Maintenance or re-installation appointments are recommended every 7 to 9 weeks.

The salon is open Monday through Saturday with varied hours and is closed on Sundays. Online booking is available around the clock. Clients receive text reminders 72 hours, 12 hours and 30 minutes before an appointment. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice, or a 50% fee applies, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late must reschedule and pay the full cost of the missed service. Children are not permitted to accompany guests during appointments. Cash and credit cards are accepted, with a 3% processing fee on card payments. Repeated changes or cancellations may lead to online booking being revoked.
