Services are grouped into full sets, refills and removal, so clients can book a first full set, return for a refill on a regular schedule, or add removal when needed.
Full sets range from a subtle classic or ellipse application, with one extension placed on each natural lash, to fuller looks. Hybrid and wet styles offer a softer, deeper finish or a wet-look effect, and volume sets add fullness and intensity.
For clients who want something more personal, the studio offers a freestyle set designed around their preferences, anywhere from subtle to bold, and an Inspo Picture Match, which recreates a style from a photo the client brings. Both take about three hours.
Refills are recommended roughly two weeks and a few days after the previous appointment. A visit counts as a refill only if at least 40% of the extensions are still in place; otherwise it is booked as a full set. A touch-up is available between refills and must be booked one week after the last appointment.
Each set is planned around the client's natural lashes and chosen look, with refills scheduled to keep the extensions in good shape.
