On the day spa side, colon hydrotherapy is offered as a closed system session, where a trained therapist guides cycles of water infusion and release, or as an open system session, which uses the Angel of Water device and is self-guided on a reclining basin. Sessions run 45 to 60 minutes. Lymphatic drainage combines electro-lymphatic therapy, vibration, zero-compression medi-cupping and essential oil raindrop therapy; the business suggests starting with 3 to 6 sessions close together, then monthly maintenance. Infrared saunas use infrared heaters to deliver radiant heat that is absorbed at the skin's surface. Each visit uses a private sanctuary reserved for 60 minutes, though most guests stay 40 to 45 minutes, and water, towels, a chilled face towel and a choice of chromotherapy light color are included. Infrared sauna is not appropriate for people with heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, or pacemakers.
On the medspa side, IV drip formulas are personalized after a consultation with a practitioner, and infusions typically take 30 to 90 minutes depending on the nutrient combination. Options include hydration IVs, a glutathione detox IV, a Myers cocktail, hangover recovery and NAD+ infusions, along with B12, weight loss, and NAD+ injections. Microneedling creates micro-wounds in the skin to stimulate collagen and elastin and is used for fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars and uneven texture. A numbing cream is applied beforehand, and redness and swelling may last a few days. The PRP version uses the client's own platelet-rich plasma, drawn from a blood sample and separated in a centrifuge. The exosome version applies exosome serums after microneedling and typically takes about 60 minutes.
Starting prices include $25 for a B12 shot, $50 for a single infrared sauna session, $135 for a single colon hydrotherapy or lymphatic drainage session, and $450 for microneedling. Packages are available for most services and are valid for 18 months from purchase. Packages and services that have been delivered are not refundable. Appointments require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and appointments on Sundays or Mondays must be canceled by 6 p.m. the Friday before. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged the full rate. Payment plans are available through Affirm. The business also sells professional-grade supplements online with home delivery.
