The business is open Monday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Wednesday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and is closed on weekends. Every appointment requires a non-refundable booking fee that counts toward treatment. Arriving 20 minutes late, or changing an appointment within 72 hours of treatment, is recorded as a no-show, with a charge of 50% to 100% of the appointment cost and loss of the booking fee and any prepayment. Clients are asked to stop aspirin, vitamin E, fish oil and certain supplements 7 to 8 days before Botox, Dysport and filler, to avoid retinol and active-ingredient serums for a week before peels, dermaplaning and microneedling, and to avoid blood thinners for at least a week and alcohol for 24 hours before PRP. Payment plans are available through Patient Fi and Cherry Allē.

Works with a full-face plan under the Enki Method, combining several treatments over time rather than a single service, with a stated aim of natural-looking results.
