Adult primary care is the core of the practice. It covers annual physicals and wellness exams, chronic disease management, geriatric care (with home visits for eligible patients), and wound care for acute and chronic wounds such as diabetic ulcers and surgical wounds. Same-day appointments are available for geriatric care, chronic conditions and wound care. In-office labs, EKGs, A1C testing and spirometry are on site, along with adult vaccines, allergy testing and immunotherapy, cryotherapy for skin tags and moles, and sports physicals.
The medical aesthetics menu is provided by or under the supervision of a licensed Texas physician. Options include PCA chemical peels, DUOVIVE laser resurfacing, Clarity II laser treatments, XERF radiofrequency firming, Botox injections, dermal fillers and platelet-rich plasma therapy. A consultation comes before MedSpa treatments so the physician can recommend what fits. Multiple laser sessions are typically needed for lasting results, and individual results vary.
The weight loss program includes lab testing, health monitoring, low-carb and ketogenic nutrition counseling, lifestyle coaching and prescription options such as weekly semaglutide or tirzepatide injections with ongoing lab monitoring. Weight loss injections are sourced from a compounding pharmacy and dispensed in the office. Visits can be in person or by telehealth.
The practice recommends booking ahead so visits can be prepared for. It accepts a range of plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare and Humana, and asks patients to call to confirm their specific coverage.
