Cuts range from a short bang or face-frame trim to a longer tailored cut with a blowout, and clients with extra long hair past the mid back can select an Extra Long Hair option. Color runs from a root touch-up to full foil highlighting, with an XL option for maximum foils and a Correction service for tone correction on natural or artificial pigment. A perm adds body or lasting curl, and a blowout is a bouncy blow dry that starts with shampoo therapy.
Color bookings follow a set path. New clients booking custom color or blonding need a free 15-minute Color Consultation first, which covers hair history, inspiration and expectations, and may include a test strand for hair analysis. A deposit is required for all color appointments and is credited toward the final total. Deposits run from $5 for the Express Cut up to $189 for the Correction.
Treatments use Malibu C products. A Hair Treatment is a custom-mixed Malibu C service with a blowout, and the Scalp Treatment adds a dermascope scalp analysis and a Malibu C XL treatment. The Revival Ritual package bundles a scalp check, scalp treatment, healthy trim and blowdry for less than booking them separately.
Booking policies are firm. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the visit. Gift cards come in $60, $80, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final sale. Clients who agree to have photos taken for the business's promotion can take a 10% discount at checkout through the free Photo-op option.
Color work starts with a consultation covering hair history, inspiration and expectations, and a test strand may be used to analyze the hair before service.
