Signature scrubs, soaks and oils are made in-house with natural and organic ingredients. Polishes are hand-selected 5-free formulas without formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate, toluene, formaldehyde resin or camphor, though the studio is clear that they are not free of all chemicals. Clients who prefer water-based polish can choose Keeki Naturals, which typically wears less long than solvent-based polish. Dazzle Dry polish, which the salon describes as cruelty-free, vegan, hypoallergenic and non-toxic, air-dries in about five minutes.

Appointments are recommended and can be booked online or by phone, with walk-ins welcome but not guaranteed. Services run from about 30 minutes to two hours, and clients can request a specific nail technician when booking. Stainless steel tools are cleaned, disinfected and then sterilized in a medical-grade autoclave after each service. Files, buffers, orangewood sticks and toe separators are single use, and pedicures use brand-new files, buffers and liners. Gel manicures carry a seven-day guarantee, and clients who call ahead can come back for a touch-up of chipped or lifted polish. Pets are not allowed inside, though service animals wearing vests are welcome.

The studio builds its services around non-toxic products and health-conscious choices, with vegan and allergy-friendly swaps available on request. Clients with allergies can ask for alternative ingredients in their treatments.
