Because the cut is done on dry hair, clients are asked to arrive with their hair washed, dried and styled the way they normally wear it. First-time DevaCut appointments carry an additional charge.

Booking is available online or by phone, and first color appointments must be made by phone. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the appointment; later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled cost. The salon no longer sells Deva products.
