The menu is organized into five groups: nail enhancements and extensions, manicures, pedicures, nail design add-ons, and nail treatments and fixes. Gel Manicure is priced from $80 to $90 and takes about two hours, while Gel Manicure Natalia is priced from $100 to $140 and takes roughly 1 hour 40 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes. Gel sets are described as lasting up to three to four weeks. Hard gel extensions are also offered, though no price is listed.

Manicures and pedicures range from no-polish options to dry pedicures with regular or gel polish. Manicure (No Polish) takes about 25 minutes and includes E-file, dry and Russian-style cuticle work, shaping and buffing. Dry Gel Pedicure takes about two hours and includes removal of the previous coating and gel polish in a color the client chooses.

Add-on services such as the spa manicure, spa pedicure, nail design and IBX Treatment cannot be booked alone and must be added to a main service. Removal of the salon's own product is free, while removal of product applied elsewhere costs $20. Nail Fix covers up to three damaged nails; for more than three, a new service is recommended.

Before a gel appointment, clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hands and to skip heavy lotion right before the visit. Aftercare advised includes daily cuticle oil and wearing gloves for cleaning and in cold weather.
