The Traditional Head Spa service opens with a scalp assessment and a thorough cleanse, followed by a massage covering the head, neck and shoulders. Next come an herbal fumigation treatment, an organic hair mask and a water therapy step. Every session wraps up with the hair dried and a leave-in conditioner applied. Drying caps made of microfiber, blow-drying and styling are charged separately. Guests are asked to wash their hair beforehand. The salon will turn away anyone whose scalp has heavy dirt, dandruff or product buildup, or who shows signs of a scalp or hair condition. Clients wearing extensions, including braids, micro-links or sew-ins, cannot receive this service. People who are not having a treatment are not permitted to enter.

Facials are personalized to skin type and concerns on the day of the visit. Glo2Facial can be booked alone or as a Premium version that adds Lite Ultrasound and a lymphatic drainage massage. Memberships and multi-session packages combine head spa visits, facials and silk presses. Deposits are non-refundable, and a 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations within 48 hours. Required forms and waivers must be completed at least 48 hours ahead, and there is a 10-minute grace period for lateness. The business is cashless and accepts credit or debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
