Lola Mae is the owner and hairstylist behind livedinlola, a private salon studio at 11043 West Colonial Drive in Ocoee. Lola created the studio as a place where clients can settle in, feel comfortable and feel at home.

New clients start with a free 25-minute color consultation, and extension clients meet in person for an extension consult before booking. Reservations take a non-refundable deposit that is applied to the total, and a valid card must be on file. Changes made with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the deposit, one reschedule is allowed with 48 hours notice, and no-shows are charged the full service. Late arrivals may be shortened or moved, and guests are not permitted during appointments.

Color is the core of the studio, with a focus on lived-in color and dimensional blonding. The menu runs from gray root touch-ups and gloss refreshes to face-frame highlights and full custom color, which can combine highlights, balayage, babylights, foilyage, root melting, glossing, toner and a treatment. The longest service, the Transformative Color Experience, brings several blonding techniques together and includes corrective color work when needed, and it may require a consultation before booking.

Beyond color, the studio offers bang trims, blowouts, haircut and blowout appointments, special occasion styling, hand-tied extension installs, two membership tiers and scalp treatments. Prom, special occasion and bridal inquiries are handled through Instagram direct message. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold. The studio is open Tuesday from 11 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday.
