Visits are by appointment only at the studio. Trials take place there Monday through Thursday, early morning or late evening, and run about an hour per service. Hair is styled dry, so clients need clean, completely dry hair. On the wedding day, hair takes roughly 30 to 35 minutes per person and makeup 40 to 45 minutes, and at least 1.5 hours is reserved for the bride.

Pricing is all-inclusive, with no fees added after the contract is signed, and a 20% gratuity is included. The business describes its prices as competitive.
