Manicures run from a Classic Manicure at $25, which includes nail shaping, cuticle grooming and a lotion massage, up to The Loft Manicure at $55, which adds a detox treatment with Japanese herbs and collagen gloves. Pedicures range from a 30-minute Classic at $35 to a 50-minute Jelly Pedicure at $65 that uses a jelly soak with hydrotherapy benefits. The Loft Pedicure at $50 is 45 minutes and includes an aromatherapy footbath, exfoliating scrub, foot mask and hot stone massage. The VIP Pedicure Club offers members-only services and special treatments, and a live piano music package is available with the VIP pedicure. The VIP pedicures run from 60 to 75 minutes, with the Royal VIP at $105 featuring 24K gold products.

Nail enhancements include acrylic, gel, builder gel, hard gel, dipping powder and press-on/Gel X. The salon says its dipping powder is free of harsh chemicals, non-toxic and odorless, and is applied without liquids. It calls press-on/Gel X its newest enhancement, with no dust or odor. Extra length or specialty shapes on press-on/Gel X add $5 to $10. Dipping powder is $45, Ombre dipping powder is $55, and Press On/Gel X is $60. Nail art with Swarovski crystals is priced on request.

Beyond nails, the salon offers two head spa packages: a 50-minute Package 1 at $75 with scalp massage, a sheet face mask, shampoo, hot towels and blow dry, and a 75-minute Package 2 at $110. Facials include a 60-minute Signature Facial at $150 and a 90-minute Escape Package at $210. Massage options include a 30-minute shoulder massage at $55, a 60-minute body massage at $110, and a 90-minute body massage at $165 plus a 15-minute charge according to the booking page. Waxing covers the face, body and intimate areas, from lips at $10 to full legs and Brazilian at $65, with pricing that may vary for men and women. Kids' services are for children 10 years old and under.

The salon's policy covers gel polish manicures and nail enhancements, which come with a three-business-day guarantee counted from the appointment date; breakages are not included in that guarantee. Traditional polish services carry no guarantee. Refunds are not issued once a service has been carried out. Finished nails may differ from inspiration photos, and identical copies of a reference image cannot be promised. The salon may decline service when a client shows a suspected contagious nail condition, open or infected wounds, a suspected contagious illness, or disruptive behavior.
