A general consultation, starting at $25, is recommended for new clients, loc assessments, extensions, repair work and general service guidance. Starter loc, wick, color and some loc repair services need a consultation or photos before booking. Hair that arrives unclean or tangled can be prepped with a wash, blow dry and detangle service from $40, or a detangle add-on.

Loc maintenance is grouped by how far apart visits are. Interlocking maintenance from $145 is recommended every 8 to 12 weeks, and signature loc maintenance at $148 is recommended every 4 to 6 weeks. Restorative loc maintenance starts at $195 and is designed for locs with longer gaps between appointments. Mature locs also have tiered care options starting at $85 and $135.

Bookings are made through the business's online booking site, which adds a 7% card fee at checkout; a $10 card service fee is listed. Many services take a deposit of $10 to $125, depending on the service, and deposits are non-refundable but count toward the total. Appointments should be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead, and same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service.
