New clients begin with a Traditional Loc Consultation. Before a service is recommended, they upload photos or a short video of their hair for review. New clients are accepted based on availability, and a waitlist is kept for when no slots are open. Starter locs, done as comb coil or two-strand twist, and instant locs start at $175. Starting prices for starter and maintenance services rise with length: short from $175, medium from $225, long from $300 and XL from $400.

For existing locs, the studio offers Signature Retwist, Retwist + Style and Interlocking Maintenance, starting at $175. Detox + Retwist and the Retwist Membership are booked through the booking form. Hair wellness treatments include a precision trim, moisture and protein treatments, a deep cleansing detox, and loc take down and detangling, which starts at $200. Luxury add-ons cover loc detox, loc oil treatment and scalp treatment. Loc repair and reattachment is priced per unit, with a $25 minimum for restoration work and any repair total above that due at the appointment.

Booking requires a $25 deposit, which holds the slot and is credited toward the bill at checkout. Changes or cancellations must reach the salon at least 24 hours before the visit. Guests should show up a quarter hour early; once a 10-minute grace window has passed, the session may be cut short or canceled. Companions and children may come along only when they are also getting a treatment. Listed rates are starting points, since the total shifts with hair length, how thick the hair is, the number of locs, its state, product buildup, any repair work, styling, and how long the service runs.
