Visits take place in a private suite. Clients book through an online booking page, pay a $40 nonrefundable deposit to reserve, and settle the remaining balance at the appointment. The stylist supplies all hair, and clients should arrive with washed and detangled hair that is at least 3 inches long. Clients must be 12 or older.
The menu is split into four groups: Locs, Locs and Services, Premium Hair Locs, and Select Appointment. Prices run from $65 for a take-down to $415 for Burmese Noble locs. Styles that are not listed can be requested by email.
The salon reports over 800 satisfied clients, including 178 who return.
