Bookings are made online through Glossgenius, and the salon accepts payments and offers house calls.

The salon is open Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays. Weekday hours vary, with afternoon openings on Mondays and evening closings on most weekdays, and Saturday hours run from 11 AM to 5 PM.

Color correction, whether changing or growing out existing color, and hand-painted highlights both start with a consultation. Clients can book a free 30-minute consultation to talk through hair concerns, goals and a plan before any service. Established clients receive bang trims at no charge.

Clients are asked to reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours ahead to avoid fees. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service amount, and cancellations within one hour of the appointment or no-shows are charged the full amount. Cancellations are made by phone. Tape-in extensions require a $10 deposit and new clients pay a $15 deposit for wash, blow dry and style. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
