Haircut options run from bang and neck trims and clipper cuts to children's cuts for ages 10 and under, with or without a blow dry. Color services range from express root retouches and color gloss to root retouches, all-over color and partial or full highlights, including combined root and highlight services. A haircut booked with a color service is half price.

Styling includes blowouts and formal updos or pinned styles for special occasions. Hair treatments include a deep conditioning treatment for hydration, breakage repair or buildup removal, and a K18 treatment for repair and protection. Waxing covers facial waxing, upper lip waxing and eyebrow waxing.

Booking is open Tuesday through Saturday, with varying hours each day and the studio closed on Sunday and Monday. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice; shorter notice or no-shows are charged 50% of the service fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
